The nature workshop at Skovsgaard Estate is a communication workshop, which is arranged in a beautiful thatched boulder building, which was originally Skovsgaard's old pigsty.
In the workshop, families with children can borrow equipment and get ideas for activities and discovery trips in the surrounding beautiful nature or to work with products from agriculture or forestry.
During periods during the schools' summer and autumn holidays, the workshop is open to all Skovsgaard's guests.
Nature dissemination for schools
Outside the school holidays, schools and institutions have the opportunity to use Skovsgaard Naturformidling in connection with teaching in a free environment.
The teaching can partly deal with science subjects, but all subjects are relevant: Danish, music, sports, mathematics, etc.
